Sonic Unleashed 2008 Nintendo DS Port

Sonic Unleashed was released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2 on November 18, 2008, but a Nintendo DS version was also planned.

Plot

It would be the same as the other versions, only with several differences.

Why This Port Was Cancelled

1. Sonic Unleashed's graphics didn't match the Nintendo DS at all.
2. SEGA ordered that Sonic Unleashed be only for home consoles.
3. The programmers thought that this version will receive negative criticism, due to having differences with the other versions.

Results

1. This port was cancelled and Sonic Unleashed was only released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and Wii.
2. There was also going to be versions for PSP and Windows, but they were also canceled.
