Naruto: Clash of Ninja DS

Naruto: Clash of Ninja DS is a DS port of the GameCube game Naruto: Clash of Ninja. It was cancelled.

Screenshots showed touch screen items and you can play as Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and Itachi. They showed a forest battlefield and Wi-Fi battles.

Why It Was Cancelled

1. GameCube games are hard to port over to the DS.
2. The second Clash of Ninja game was more popular.
3. The fighting system would be weird because the DS has lesser buttons than the Gamecube Controller.
4. The game would not sell well.

Results

1. The port was permanently cancelled.
2. It was reworked into Naruto: Ninja Destiny, which sold rather well despite the negative reviews.
