The Game Gear version of Mortal Kombat 3 is developed by Software Creations, and it was only released in Europe by Acclaim Entertainment. A North American release by Williams Entertainment is planned, but cancelled.

  • Williams Entertainment pulled the plug on the Game Gear market, alongside The Getaway: High Speed II.
