Hidden Invasion is a 2002 Action Beat'em Up game developed by France-based Toka and published by Conspiracy Entertainment in North America and Swing Entertainment in Europe for the PlayStation 2. It was reported that Toka also had plans to bring this game over to both the Xbox and GameCube, but those two versions would later be scrapped for unknown reasons.
Why were they cancelled?[]
While there are no known real reasons why these two versions were cancelled, we're gonna assume that the reason both Xbox and GameCube versions were cancelled is because the initial PS2 release was met with largely negative reviews and that it likely didn't sell very well.
Results[]
Hidden Invasion ended up being a PS2 exclusive game as of result of the cancellation of Xbox and GameCube versions.
A planned Japanese release of the game titled Gun Hearts was also cancelled. Video footage of the Japanese trailer can be found on YouTube.
