Gladiator: Sword of Vengeance is a 2003 Hack N Slash Adventure developed by Acclaim Studios Manchester (formerly Software Creations) and published by Acclaim Entertainment for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Windows. It was also planned to be brought over to the GameCube as well, but that version was cancelled halfway through development.
Why was it cancelled?[]
Following the poor GameCube sales of other Acclaim games released on that platform, in June of 2003, Acclaim announced they've pretty much dropped all support for the GameCube because of the said low sales, instantly cancelling all GameCube versions of their titles going forward from there on including this one.
Results[]
The GameCube version was permanently cancelled.
We just got PC, PS2, and Xbox versions of this game.
