Arrival of The Hero[]
The game starts out during the good ending of Blur II. As the player is sitting in their '69 Dodge Charger R/T in the side of a road, and is texting with someone called The Mentor "You've gotten yourself a safe haven, pardner. Take some rest, they ain't gonna spot you anymore. And one thing, the worldwide power-up ban has finally been lifted, so you're free for the rest of your life, eh?" After that, the player replied to the conversation by dropping a single 'yeah', puts their phone down, getting in his Charger and drives away to the sunset. Following the cutscene, we are later thrusted into car mode, with red text appearing "Get to the Gas Station"
